HI. You've reached the page of Kalokairo (or Kalo, for short  ).I've been on DA for around a year now, but I've been drawing for five years (not counting the fact I doodled all the time as a kid). I converted to digital three years ago, my first forays being in MS Paint and Oekaki Applets, and eventually I moved on to Paint Shop Pro 8. After I got my tablet, I decided I wanted to experiment more with digital painting, and I discovered Painter X-- and I've had a love affair with it ever since. <3 It's such a versatile program, and I hope to become more skilled using it; I learn something new every time I work with it. Besides drawing/painting, I also love to write, and I've been doing that since I was a little tot; around 7. Obviously, my style has changed quite a bit over the years , but my love for writing hasn't. I prefer writing fantasy/sci-fi tales, but not the elves and fairies sort. As for sci-fi . . . well, anything goes. The only writing I've shown the world so far is some of my more comical/fun stuff, so I suppose it's time I uploaded something a bit more serious and depthy, which is what I write most, anyhoo.
